We are first time home buyers (out of state California-buying in Virginia) and fortunately Gina made the home buying experience great, fun and easy. She helped my family achieve our set goals and plans when it came to buying our first home. Her performance was incredible, shes very professional, humble, and she was there every step of the way, especially when it comes to asking questions: ask away, because she encourages anyone to ask questions, especially if youre unfamiliar or unaware of a specific topic or process. She worked hard and thought about my family when she would show us listings. I would highly encourage her to others for their home buying/selling experience, its one of a kind. If I could give her more stars, then I would definitely. She always made time to give us updates, guide us through any issues, and to check up on us, disregarding the time zone difference or day. She will (in my perspective) help you find your dream home, whether youre a first time home buyer or not.

Drew is THE BEST. He went above and beyond for us from the moment we asked him to help us start looking for a home. Every time we found a house we wanted to look at, he got us in there so quick. And when we found a home we absolutely loved, he did everything he could for us to make it happen and answered every question and every phone call along the way! He worked tirelessly to make this happen for us and we are eternally grateful for him and his team!

Working with Melinda Larson was a joy. I asked for an appointment to view a home. She called me immediately and set up an appointment for the viewing. That house did not suit my needs. From there she took me to two other homes. Neither of those worked for me either. We discussed my particular needs and what worked and did not work for the three homes we viewed. The following day we viewed another home which suited me perfectly. I was working under a time constraint. She always answered my calls in a short time and addressed all of my concerns. She worked with the owner of the home I wanted to buy and also with the buyer of my current house. In two weeks with her diligence the home I was selling and the home I was buying closed. I am totally satisfied with the job she did and recommend her 100%.

I was in the market to buy my first home and Melinda made the process easy, smooth, and easily understandable. I wish that life would have worked out and she wouldnt have had to move out of my area, but lucky for those who have gained her through my loss. I couldnt recommend working with Melinda enough!
