Being first-time home buyers, my wife and I found a trustable person that could help us understand and become comfortable with the home-buying process. The first step was so solid that we were very confident delving into the process without much fear. Throughout the process, we felt that we had a safety net to fall back on if things were to go down south. We visited around 50 properties (both open houses and private showings included) before settling on one and Mike was present for pretty much all of them and never showed any signs of frustration. He guided us well and helped us move past many houses that in the hindsight wouldn't have been worthy investments for us.
