Would NOT recommend. This was one of the worst and most stressful experiences I've had when we were trying to sell our house with the Mike Netzel team. Once he got our listing there was zero communication about when we had offers, when responses and deadlines were, or what we needed to do on our end. We would call, text, and email & get no response back. Two deals fell through with him & when we finally tried to end our listing with him he refused to expire our listing and stopped responding to us which made it impossible for us to move on & work with anyone else. Finally another agent got the listing expired for us and we sold the house with her that same day. Very unprofessional & made the whole process extremely stressful!

Mike is very personable ,and work with my brothers and me. WE had a buyer first day of open house. His research of the are was thorough on comparable properties . Mike directed us on what paper work we needed. When we failed the radon test ,Mike hooked us up with people who fixed the problem for a fair price. He has a great plan on how to sell a house. So I would definitely Mike and his crew. Fine job!
