Mike did a fantastic job in selling our house and went above and beyond by all measures. We sold our house from overseas and Mike made it look so easy. We really had a very bad experience with our previous listing agent where we lost a significant amount of money without any results. We decided to rent the house instead of selling due to that experience but after speaking with Mike we changed our mind and we are so glad we did. Also, Mike sold our house in less than a week in the current market at a price we were willing to accept. At all times Mike kept us posted and he was gracious enough to handle some small repairs for us. Ill gladly spread the word among my friends & family. Terrific job Mike & team !!
