Highly recommend Mike! Mike provided a seamless and easy selling experience for the sale of our home during spring 2022. He provided several pricing and staging consultations along the way as the market changed rapidly, and he knows the ins and outs of numerous specific local neighborhoods and pricing trends. He easily handled the extra complications required due to our home sale being due to a corporate out-of-state relocation, and shielded us from any extra burden at a busy time. Due to rapid market fluctuations due to rising interest rates, timing, and fluctuating supply/demand even from one weekend to the next, it's important to hire a realtor who keeps up with the market data hour by hour. Mike will be that person for you and make you feel as if you are his only client. He handled complicated situations like fitting in numerous showings into a tight time frame, and navigating multiple offer situations. Mike was great! He went above and beyond making sure things were done in the appropriate time frames. When my original lawyer did not respond in time he helped by to get another lawyer at the last minute so I would not run into problems later in the process. He recommended movers who were great and assisted me by getting someone to take care of my radon problem. He made good recommendations as to how to handle sale ie: setting price etc. He was great with responding to questions and communicating.
