About Mike Lamartina
Mike is the founding partner of the Lamartina Group. With over fifteen years of real estate investing experience, in 2009 Mike turned his focus to helping other in pursuit of the AMERICAN dream. Making the home buying and selling process understandable and achievable is and always will be his primary goal. Mike is a member of the St. Charles County Board of Realtors, and has served as a Director on the Board (2012). He is an SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and RRES (Residential Real Estate Specialist). Mike is a multi-million producer and is a member of the Diamond Society and Presidents Club. During the pre-listing meeting we will take the time to discover what is going on in your local market, the steps necessary to prepare your home for market, and the appropriate list price of your home. Home Staging / Preparation: Properly preparing your home for market is a critical step in the process. With so many homes on the market to choose from, buyers tend to be very selective.
