1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Get pre-approved for a mortgage before home shopping. This way you know your budget and a payment you are comfortable with. Also, make sure your agent is responsive. Having an agent that is unresponsive can land you in hot water when it comes to your home purchase contract as most every part of it deals with time deadlines.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Clean areas of the home you don't normally clean. Keep the house clean and smelling good at all times. Remember you are moving so pack up what you do not use and place in the garage or storage.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with all range and types of buyers and sellers from first time home buyers up to luxury second home owners from high rise penthouses at Mandarin Oriental to $1.5M homes in Green Valley and Summerlin.
