As a Broker at Keller Williams Preferred, I work with homebuyers, sellers and real estate investors. For buyers, my goal is always to help find your dream home and negotiate the best price possible. First Time Home buyer or not, I will walk each buyer through the many hurdles that can pop up during the purchase process. For sellers, I will assist you in evaluating your home based off of recent comparable sales, current market listings, and market trends. Then, create a marketing plan that is custom tailored to sell your home quickly, for top market value! For investors, my goal is to consistently target properties that will provide a minimum 20%+ ROI. Provide consultation during any necessary renovation to help maximize market value while staying within the client's budget. Finally, provide a marketing plan that targets a quick close at top market value so the client can move on to the next project!

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get Pre-approved for a mortgage and ask a local Realtor for a few qualified Lenders.
Many people like to wait until they find the right home first. And in today's market that could cause you to lose out on your dream home!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Consult with a Realtor before starting any projects on your home that you think are necessary for the sale. Many clients take on projects that they think will raise value or help the sale and sometimes have the opposite effect.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time Home Buyers/Sellers, Investors, Other Realtors, Out of State Buyer/Sellers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped a client sell their home and purchase their dream home! We came across quite a few challenges throughout the process. I kept my client well informed every step of the way! They closed on both and could not be happier!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in 2011- 2012 when the market was in terrible shape. 95% of my business was investors. Working with investor clients allowed me to learn about everything that goes into fixing up a home. Now I have the knowledge to confidently advise my Buyers & Sellers on repair items.
