Mike was very professional and straightforward with every question we had. He also knew and did many things that most other realtors do NOT do such as pointing out deficiencies in houses we were looking at and answering questions honestly (even when he knew we didnt want to hear the honest truth). I respect that whole heartedly. Mike also dropped evening plans multiple times to show us a house at last minute in this crazy competitive market. Working with Mike was a great experience. He helped my fiancee and I find our first home together. He spent hours with us just explaining the process from start to finish. While viewing homes, we noticed that other agents would be quietly waiting for their client?s opinion. On the other hand, Mike would give us a fully guided tour and thoroughly explain/show us every pro and con of the house we were viewing. It was almost like bringing a home inspector with us. If there was ever an issue, Mike would stand up for us and address it immediately. Mike?s vast knowledge, experience and resources are truly invaluable.
