His prompt, friendly, and enthusiastic response resulted in an incredibly fast (cash) sale and a sales price that exceeded our expectations. The sale was more challenging since my father had passed away and my mother could not handle the sale directly. I live out of state and no one in the family could even go to the property, so he set it up to be done on-line with me using a POA and he handled all the details. After I got his name on a referral from an agent in the Madison area (where we were selling another property), I had a call from him within hours and he provided a good overview of the market in his area. He had the property listed w/photos within a couple days and multiple offers quickly followed. It was a smooth sale without drama and he even made a special trip back to the cabin to get a few mementos that my mother wanted and shipped them to her. Such a nice man!!!
