Back in the 60's my parents purchased some building lots in Conroe TX. Getting close to retirement I thought it time to do some consolidating of assets. Knowing nothing of the real estate market or a realtor I used what everyone does now a days: Google, the BBB and MLS. Mike Goins name came up again and again. With that being said, Michael Goins is one the exceptional standouts I have worked with. Mike was very patient with us as we looked for property in Montgomery while we had our house on the market hours away from Montgomery.
