1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Use a professional, experienced and full time REALTOR® to market your property. REALTOR® deals with customers and clients in the industry everyday, working out problems with objections, questions, negotiations and has YOUR best interest in mind. An active REALTOR® should have lots of resources for all aspects concerning YOUR property.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants of all backgrounds and culture of mainly residential properties.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold a home that was an estate sale with several family members living in California. I assisted them in locating a probate attorney. Once approval of sale was received from the Court, I helped the sellers to get the home ready for the market. We listed the home and received a full offer within first week. Home was sold at full asking price and my clients were more than satisfied.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I owned a service company in construction industry for over twenty-five years. I shifted my focus to the Real Estate as an Investor. I did not care for the methods investors use to acquire properties; therefore I decided to help consumers to get the best return for their sale and purchase of their homes. I consider myself a Professional Real Estate Consultant and look forward to working for YOU.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have over twenty-five years experience in construction industry, my assistant and I are a multilingual team; I speak fluently Spanish and Lenka speaks Czech. I am a Senior Marketing Consultant, Foreign Investor Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and a member of Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and a Million Dollar Club.
