Mike just helped me purchase my first home in Philadelphia a few weeks ago! From our first call to a few questions I had after closing he has been such a pleasure to work with. Mike's quick and open communication always made me feel ready for the next step in the home-buying process. All of my questions were answered with speed and expertise and he took the time to talk through things with me with patience and understanding. I learned a lot from Mike and he was always willing to explain a process, term, or paperwork that I was unfamiliar with. He always respected my opinions and decisions and made me feel supported throughout the entire process.
