During a vacation in August 2021, my wife and I decided to relocate to the Big Island. We started out with zero contacts, and I decided to give Mike a call based on his positive online reviews. He did not disappoint. From the start, Mike stayed on top of things for us, even arranging a showing on short notice the day before we had to fly back. Mike was out of the state at the time, but he still responded quickly and had one of his associates start helping us right away. He encouraged us through some initial disappointments and tried to anticipate problems throughout the process, contacting us right away with any signs of trouble. We felt that Mike was honest and unbiased in setting expectations and helping us find properties that suited our needs. With his help, we ended up with a great house and completed our move in slightly over 3 months despite a difficult real estate market. The Condo we purchased was 100% exactly what we were looking for and we actually never set foot in it until after the closing. Mike viewed and created a entertaining/detailed walk through of the condo for us to view. Honestly had we been there in person I would have been distracted by things and the video was perfect for remembering the details. He also worked closely with my husband to go see properties as soon as they became available.
