Nick Wong was great to work with from contract to close! When my wife and I began shopping for our first home, Nick quickly came up with a list of homes to tour including a lot of new builds which we more interested in. We were only available on certain weekends, and Nick accommodated, planned and mapped out day our which proved to be efficient, saving us gas and money. One Saturday, Nick brought us to view 4 or 5 different builders. On our final tour of the day, we loved the builder. As fate would have it, someone backed out of a premium corner lot earlier that day. My wife and I jumped right on it, and we were in contract before we left!Throughout the building process, we encountered many delays during the COVID shortages and longshoreman strikes. He was very responsive and helped us smooth things over with our lender as we approached the end of our preapproval, and the house wasn't completed. While my wife and I were stressed out, Nick was very helpful during the entire process and assured us everything would be alright. On closing day, Nick surprised us with the red bow treatment!
