I recently listed a home for sale that had been on and off the market with 3 other real estate agents over the last 2 years. There were many flaws in the prior agents' marketing such as poor quality pictures, the listing not being shown at the top of the list in on the major real estate websites and in search engines. Also I made some inexpensive handyman and staging tips to my seller. Sure enough, the seller made the smart decision to hire me. Not only did we have an offer in the first week I listed the property, but we went to settlement 30 days later. My seller was more than pleased with out results. I double majored at Temple University in Finance and Real Estate. Having taken the classes in college, upon graduation I was instantly eligible to sit for my exam after graduation. I had a cousin in the real estate business. A full year after completing college I decided to sit for my exam and pursue actively selling real estate. Every day I wake up, I couldn't be happier in my career. I love watching putting smiles on my clients' faces each and every day.

After being in the business 8 years, I obtained my real estate broker license. I wanted to obtain the highest level of education to pass that knowledge on to my clients. It was a personal career goal of mine which helps me to best service my clients on a daily basis.
