I had prior experience with Mike in buying a home in Brady. Because Cross Bar is a established and well respected firm, our national employer had selected Cross Bar for us to work with when moving to Brady. It was a good experience so I chose Cross Bar to list with when I wanted to sell. Cross Bar knows the local market and has multiple listings in all price ranges. Cross Bar made recommendations on what things I needed to do before putting the house on the market which I did. Presenting a clean, neat and well maintained home was key. Cross Bar guided the negotiations. I feel I got a fair price and the entire process took less than 60 days. Excellent experience.
