About Mike Bailey & Stella Guevara

Mike & Stella have 5 grown children and 9 grand children, and they call Stoughton home. Mike attended the UW Madison on a Cello Scholarship while earning a B.S. in Biology Education. After several years as an Assistant coach for the UW Rowing Team he moved to UC Santa Barbara, where he won 5 west coast titles and a national championship. Mike also had a string of successes at Michigan St, MSOE, Purdue, and Eastern Michigan University. 7 of his athletes have gone on to "Under 23" World Championship berths, and one earned an Olympic Gold medal in the USA Women's 8 in Rio. Stella spent 17 years as a salon owner before starting her career in real estate, and is known for her fantastic customer care. Her passion for helping people lies at the core of everything she does. She is a firm believer in giving back to the community, having served as a volunteer in different organizations with inner-city youth and women's shelters. Mike & Stella have over 40 years of knowledge in the Dane County area. They specialize in Buyer Agency, expired listings, relocations, new construction and flipping. They especially enjoy helping their clients build wealth by purchasing multi-family and Airbnb properties! When relocating with the military, finding a new home on a timeline can be extremely stressful. Mike & Stella made it 100 times easier for our family. MIKE KEPT IN TOUCH WITH ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS (EVEN WHEN THEY WERE ON VACATION) AND I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH. Moved to Wisconsin from Illinois. Found Mike and Stella with the help of my selling realtor. They were a great resource for local knowledge of the area and various neighborhoods and towns. Mike is very keen on details of the homes I looked at, noting things I wouldn't have noticed about the construction and what I should be aware of. Being far away, I didn't have many chances to view homes. But they were always available on short notice when I could, and they even did a few virtual tours for me. I felt like they were looking out for my best interests throughout the whole process and wanted me to be confident in the home I was buying.
