      take care of your landscape. remove clutter. Paint your interior if it needs it. Hire a great Real Estate agent. Put up a sign in the yard. Make sure your photos are exceptional. Consider a video tour. Make sure you are marketing using all channels – particularly online. Consider a professional cleaning. Make sure you repair the things that your Real Estate agent advises. Make your kitchen appealing. Get organized. Be realistic. Ask Questions, and be informed.

      I have worked with clients of all types of backgrounds.

      4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

      I had a seller client for who we were able to get 50,000k over the asking price and she was very happy with the overall transaction and help she received from me and my team.
