We had a short closing turn around. April expedited everything wonderfully in the few business day we had to pull everything together. She was extremely attentive to detail. Best thing yet, we werent actually in the market to buy a house; we found this house online on a Friday we put out a call for an agent to come to our aid quickly over the weekend. She answered immediately. We put in our bid that following Monday morning, 8AM. We are so grateful for her service.
