Multiple attempts to reach him/team via email and phone over two weeks, have resulted in zero responses. Wanted to inquire on two properties they have, and use as a buyer's agent if they didn't hold the listings to other properties we have interest in. We are cash buyers, and are moving BACK to Puerto rico to retire, having lived there before. I don't know how he would expect to sell a house for a client, if he does not return messages. Very unprofessional. If he represented us selling a home and acted in this manor, he would be fired for breach of contract. Really doing his clients a disservice with his unprofessional business conduct.
