I worked with both Michelle and Tre on buying 2 houses for my family. Tre and Michelle were both a perfect balance of professionalism and family values that I appreciated since I did not know anyone in the state and did not know the state at all before moving. They helped me learn a bit about the areas as well and made both processes of closing easier than most. Their patience and knowledge was critical in being able to get things done down here without much help. My husband and I purchased a home remotely from Michelle, Jason and Tre. They are an amazing team of agents. Trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and amazing listeners. We were in the WPB area in January and they responded to showing us a home in the area and then we returned to our home state and went through the process of seeing homes through facetime. Jason touring homes and Michelle providing critical data about the homes and negotiating and navigating the documents. Once we finally made an offer on a home in mid March and even got us a long close due to the distance we would be travelling. They were very patient and guided us through many questions and brought in Tre on some aspects of the area we purchased in since he was a long time resident of that specific area and answered all concerns we had.
