1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Lender, Lender, Lender having someone who is working for you and knows the complexity of different loans that will help you in receiving all the options that are available to you. A lot of lenders do not want to put forth the effort. They want the cookie cutter deal. Most clients in todays market are not the cookie cutters. They need help and options. Ask questions and make sure your agent and the lender have the answers.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
All agents use the same media sites. But does your agent know their capture rate and closing ratio of those leads. Do they have a plan to convert the calls and touches they receive from the internet to get the deal close.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have been in the industry since 1994. I took two years off because my husband was battling lung cancer. Now that we have moved past that amazing challenge I am ready to crush the real estate market here
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped a family who lost their father. They had to sell his home and it was their childhood home. It was very emotional and I enjoyed helping them with the sell and handling the successful close of the their family home.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a regional manager for Guild bank. After loosing my mother decided that I needed to be out and transitioned into being a Realtor. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
