Michelle met with us initially in person and was very helpful. We felt like she spent an appropriate amount of time with us to discuss the listing process, the steps her team takes to advertise the property, and her role in making it happen. Her team did an excellent job of communicating with us. Her photographer did an excellent job and her team assembled an impressive brochure and listing disclosure sheets. Our home sold in about 3 weeks and we discounted the price to be able to continue to live in our home for 6 months with a deferred closing. Realtors generally prefer that the buyer and seller not communicate directly but we were fortunate to have buyers who openly communicated their desires and we were able to meet their needs during the delayed closing period. We were also able to receive the buyers' input as we started the moving process during the 6 months to closing. Our total experience with Michelle and her very capable team went extremely well.
