We are in the market to purchase land to build a cabin on. We contacted Michelle to help us with the process, and placed an offer on a property. While the landowner was not the most cooperative, Michelle could not negotiate a $100 difference on the contract, so we resigned a contract for an additional $100. While we were under contract, somehow the property was sold to another buyer. After it was sold, we did not hear another word from Michelle, as if we were all of a sudden not interested in buying land anymore. It has been over 5 months, and still not a word from Michelle.

I've never felt as misguided or poorly represented in any transaction I have ever made as I did while working with Michelle Strange. This realtor was entirely focused on her commission and completion of sale. She was caught up in several tall tales, costing myself and my lender thousands of dollars to rectify a lack of urgency and interest in our wellbeing. Offering zero apology for the sheer madness of what would have otherwise been a relatively smooth transaction had she been working for our family instead of merely her paycheck. My family and I would NOT recommend this realtor to anyone, under any circumstances.

Michelle was phenomenal from the start. The day we decided to put our house on the market she came prepared and had done all her research. She hired a professional photographer to come in and take photos of the house. She has very high standards for herself when it comes to selling a home she really takes pride in it. Michelle has contacted us about everything she was so good at communicating with us and working with us. We have animals and cant just have people view the house she would always see what worked best for us and even help us remove our animals herself. Once we had a couple showings we had a buyer! Michelle had our best interest at every corner. I have worked with several other realtors in my life time and they did what they had to, to sell the house. I have never had one of them take care of our family the way Michelle did. She communicated everything with us like I said she did not cut any corners. We even ran into a issue with flood insurance that seemed like it would be impossible to figure out but after a few weeks straight on the phone and talking to a ton of people Michelle finally got an a she liked, a lot of the first calls that she made were extremely expensive. She kept trying until we ended up not having to pay what we all originally thought we would have to pay. I can not express how happy I am that we found Michelle. Also she is there for every aspect of the process. She is at every house viewing comes when you have your inspection. Very reliable. I highly recommend if your buying or selling a home you go with this amazingly kind strong women! Michelle made this very stressful process worry free. Lies and tells you she is on her way to the office and will get back to you within the hour. Called her several times and thats what she says. Had to go another direction and work with someone else. Not good business.
