Michelle was a fantastic real estate agent. She knew our numbers well, knew what we needed, and talked us through the process. Every house she would tell us what we would experience, such as higher utility bills or if there was some wood rot. There was one offer we had where she gave us great advice. We were looking at a bit of a fixer-upper and we wanted to throw a low offer in. She was happy to do that for us. The sellers countered with a different offer, still higher than what we wanted. Michelle talked to us and gave her opinion on the house, helped us know how to negotiate well. The sellers pulled, but we are happy to not have paid more than what we wanted to. Ultimately, she helped us find a place we now call home. Even after the closing date she has still been an excellent resource to us.

Michelle was very resourceful in helping me find the right house after looking for over a year. I found many reason to not like a house and was quick to dismiss buying it because of one thing or another. Michelle was very patient and understanding but knew she had to be direct with me. Michelle really wanted me to be happy with the house I purchased and it was not just about making a sale. The right house came along and once again I was quick to drag my feet. Michelle just looked at me and said this is your house and its a perfect fit for you so let's buy it! She was right and all I needed was a push and the confidence to put in an offer! Thanks Michelle
