Selling a house is not an easy decision, and you always wish to have the best person and team helping you and providing advice. We didn't know about Michelle until we received a very nice well, presented and complete report on our house, and she was offering her services to help us. We interviewed Michelle and other realtors, and from the first time we met, Michelle showed to be amazing! Michelle was patient, clear, knowledgable, responsible, and responsive; she generally showed all the attributes we needed. One outstanding attribute she has is that she was always thinking about what was going to be our best strategy, time, and opportunity to sell the house. Although we challenged some of her assumptions, she was always respectful and took the time to explain why what she was thinking was the right way to go. We followed her advice, and in the end, it was absolutely clear that she was right! She is definitively a master in what she does! If you want a realtor with a solid team supporting her that will think about what is best for you first and will have exceptional personal skills, there is no question this person is Michelle. I would not hesitate to call her for advice in the future, and I would recommend everyone to consider her if you have any need of selling or buying a house because she is the best, but first of all, because she is a fantastic person! Michelle is amazing!! After living in the city for 20+ years Michelle helped us find the perfect home for our family. She eased our fears of selling. She guided us the entire time making sure we got what we deserved. Purchasing is then another fear, especially in this market. AMAZING! Only word needed to describe Michelle. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and all we heard was that it was not the time to buy a house. When we connected first with Michelle we were nervous jumping in to the home buying process. She did an unbelievable job helping us understand the process and how to navigate the market.
