Michelle Soderberg

With more than 20 years commercial real estate experience and specializing in land sales and acquisitions, Michelle joined Colliers brokerage team in 2013 as Vice President. Prior to joining Colliers, Michelle was with The BETZ Companies for 18 years, where she was involved in acquiring, managing and marketing property valued in excess of $225 million in the Houston area. Most recently Michelle was responsible for the overall management and direction of all facets of a Woodlands based commercial real estate firm which included brokerage, property management, development/acquisitions, strategic planning, implementation and financial aspects. Her vast experience in all aspects of commercial real estate marketing, development and management translates into a true understanding of the real estate process from start to finish allowing her to provide the highest level of professionalism and superior service to every assignment.
