Michelle and Brad are a fantastic team. i would 100% recommend if you are moving to the Berwick area. Michelle was informative during the home buying process, provided various options that fit our buying criteria, timely with responses, and overall a pleasure to work with. She works diligently and puts in a great deal of effort for her customers. She will also provide you with trusted points of contact if you are not from the area to handle all of your home buying needs. Brad is a great source of information for things related to overall home maintenance and can provide valuable insight for those who may not be so "handyman" inclined. Buying, selling or renting I would use Advanced Realty and Michelle and Brad again.

Michelle did an amazing job and worked patiently with us during our house hunting search. We never felt pressured to put an offer on anything unless we were absolutely certain we wanted to move forward with a purchase.
