I reached out to Michelle from another state to ask her to represent our family on the buying side and she was responsive at the beginning. She answered our questions and then we decided to go and work with her. We asked if she could show us a house the next day and she said that she was on a vacation but one of her associates could help us with that. Then she asked for my pre-approval letter and I sent that within minutes and she stopped responding. She then texted me the next day morning to ask if she could call my lender and I told her yes she could. I reached out the same day afternoon and asked if she were able to get her questions answered by my lender but she didnt respond. I reached out the next day saying hello to grab her attention to my question but no response once again. She then reached out the following day reminding me that she was in a vacation and her cellphone was filtering the text messages and that she is going to call some time during the day after which the house that we wanted to see was gone already and put under contract!!! Thanks for reading our story with Michelle! And we hope that you learned the lesson that this is not a reliable way of doing a business! Communication was the most important thing for us and Michelle wasnt good at it!
