One word describes Deneen- GO GETTER! One phone call and 48 hours later the house was on the market and completely booked for a weekend of showings. Within 5 days total, it was listed, viewed, had an open house, and I was in contract with a buyer. To add to the stress, after accepting the contract I had to leave town for a month for work.
