We met Michelle and Scott Perry on a Discovery Trip to Hot Springs Village in the Spring of 2022. We spent a day with them touring the Village and looking at several homes, none of which appealed to us at the time. We kept in touch with them, and they kept us informed of homes that might match our needs. We made a second trip to HSV in the Summer -- looked at several homes closer to what we were looking for, but didn't make a decision. On our third trip to look at homes in HSV, the Perry's were out of town, but they arranged for us to look at properties with one of their associates. A few weeks after that trip, we decided to purchase one of the homes we liked. Because we lived 5 hours away, Scott was diligent in providing information we needed to make our final decision -- sending additional pictures and getting questions answered. Throughout the purchase process and the closing process, Scott was very helpful with negotiations, referrals, and keeping us up to date. We would definitely recommend this couple to anyone interested in living in or investing in Hot Springs Village.
