Michelle Perkins

Michelle was raised in Greenville, NC, and has spent the majority of her life in Pitt County. She did live in Chapel Hill, NC, for four years. While in Chapel Hill, Michelle earned her B.A. in Journalism, focusing on Advertising and Marketing. She attended every sporting event that her schedule allowed. Michelle moved back to Greenville after college and worked at Procter & Gamble for eleven years. She loved her time at P&G doing college recruiting, corporate contributions and management salary planning. After enjoying time as a stay at home mom, Michelle obtained her Real Estate license and worked primarily as a listing agent. As a listing agent, Michelle also was a certified home stager. "I have always loved every aspect of the real estate business. Especially the fact that it is ever changing and offers boundless opportunities to learn." Michelle has spent the past few years as Transaction Coordinator for the Stancill Realty Group at Keller Williams Points East. Being back in real estate made the decision easy to jump back in the business as an agent for Stancill Realty Group. Michelle enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and takes the time to get to know each client on a personal level. Michelle spends a great deal of time watching sports!
