Hello oh wow what a wonderful experience I had with Miss Patterson she is excellent she helped me to purchase my first home! Um the crazy part was that I was actually looking to rent and she said if you are going to pay that much to rent you try and buy a home my credit wasnt that good and was skeptical at first but I trusted her because she was so excited and made me feel comfortable so I went along with the process it was tedious but in actuality it didnt take that long maybe two months the hard part was actually finding a home and sometimes it can be frustrating because the underwriting kept asking for more information but the reward is well worth it thank you again Michelle!!!
