About Michelle Panza

I have been in the business for 7 years. I focus on servicing all areas of the Capital region. When I work with sellers I like to create a marketing plan that leaves my sellers pleased, always informed and in the loop. I am very involved with all of my listings and I always listen to what my clients needs and wants are. Communication is key to marketing a home successfully and getting it sold quickly. My goal is to always have happy clients during and at the end of any transaction. Our smaller and tight knit brokerage has all the capabilities of the big dogs in this business as far as state of the art technology allowing us to advertise on over 300 websites, add additional photos to listings and add exposure to our homes. Bringing traffic to a listing will always bring a buyer, that means open houses, broker opens, creative advertising and many other unique methods. I'm always ready to think outside the box and do what it takes to get my listings sold and keep my clients happy. I also specialize in working with first time home buyers and have worked with many over the years. Buying your first home can be extremely confusing and stressful, so hire me (which is free of charge as a buyer) to help take the stress of you.. I make it my goal to explain every step of the process so that my buyers understand what is going on and don't feel like their questions and concerns are being swept under the rug. Michelle was a great fit for us as she was super transparent about the process from day one. Michelle was super valuable to us by being in constant contact and being as thorough as possible, without being too business or too casual. Her grasp on what we wanted to find definitely helped focus us in on relevant properties, although she still afforded us the agency to see houses outside our price range and personal interests. Michelle obviously has a lot of experience that is incredibly valuable in identifying trends and history of homes in the region, as well as agencies and businesses that are great points of contact for interested buyers. We would almost certainly choose to work with Michelle again if we were looking for another house.
