Literally never hit the market. Michelle came over to just evaluate as we were just considering our options. She gave us some tips as to what to tidy up and also mentioned might have someone interested. That was a Tuesday. Contractor scheduled for following Monday to give us estimate. She had an eye for detail that others lacked, and formulated a plan for marketing and sale only after viewing the property, which was very impressive. Her team managed the dozens of details that arise during the journey to the sale, and Galo's negotiation was professional, friendly to other realtors, and able to spot and eliminate insincere players, while encouraging those that had real interest. It was great working with Michelle, Galo, Sylvia, and the rest of the team at Signature Realty. We decided to sell our house to capitalize on increased house prices. Michelle's understanding of the housing market and trends in house prices meant that our house was priced right to sell fast. Our house was listed on a Friday, and Galo called me the next day to tell me we had multiple bids, with bids still coming in! We accepted the highest bid two days later. After that Sylvia kept us abreast of what needed to be done to move the process along, and Galo helped us deal with the buyers requirements. Selling a house is a grueling process. Leaving home for most of the day while potential buyers see the house can be extremely tiring. Even though our house sold in a matter of days, it was quite tiring nonetheless.
