Literally never hit the market. Michelle came over to just evaluate as we were just considering our options. She gave us some tips as to what to tidy up and also mentioned might have someone interested. That was a Tuesday. Contractor scheduled for following Monday to give us estimate. That weekend she showed our home on Saturday, Sunday and Monday to a family who made an offer that night. We accepted. Done! No fixing or showings or open house. We sold our home in Westfield with Signature recently. Silvia and Galo were our main points of contacts through out the listing, showings, contract and sale.
