About Michelle Nichols

I am a full time REALTOR and have lived in Greenwood in Johnson County, Indiana since 2001. I have also lived on the west and north sides of Indianapolis. With that being said, I am familiar with the greater Indianapolis area. I worked as the Design Center Manager for 7 years and a Sales Associate for 5 years for a semi-custom home builder on the south, west and north sides of Indy. I then worked for 3 years for a different semi-custom home builder as the Assistant Lifestyle Design Center Manager. Those experiences have served to be a great asset in Real Estate. I have a thorough understanding of the construction process of a new home, the construction of a home, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. I have extensive knowledge on the design and finishes of a home. I am able to communicate clearly and effectively with buyers, sellers and other agents. It is a professional goal of mine to ensure my clients understand the process of the Real Estate transaction and are able to make educated decisions that are best for their situation. Although I am not a native Hoosier, I have lived in the Indianapolis area since 1985. I purchased my first home in Greenwood in 2001. I have since sold that home and purchased my second home in 2004 but, have continued to live in Greenwood ever since. I graduated from Ben Davis High School (on the west side of Indianapolis) in 1991. I graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences with a major in Interior Design and a minor in Marketing in 1995.

It has been just a little over two years since Michelle sold our house. Because of our location and the lack of actual comps in the area she did her due diligence and figured a price that we should list. We were very happy with the figure. Michelle walked us through the highly competitive and volatile buying-and-selling market.
