We were very happy with the services provided by WestUSA. Paul Schaefer and Michelle Minik dealt effectively with difficult issues that expedated the selling process. We needed to move the existing renters to a new location for which Paul did a wonderful job. WestUSA also worked dilegently to show the property over the holiday season successfully finding a buyer. Paul and his team worked smoothly through the closing process to finalize the sale. We highly recommend this team.

We have been working virtually with Nick and Jennifer the last several weeks with selling our current house and buying another one. Jennifer was aggressive in getting our house sold and Nick was diligent in checking on houses for us and following through on offers. It has been a wonderful experience. They have always been available when needed and very timely with all the necessary paperwork. They have made it very easy for us as we are a distance way. The ancillary staff has also been helpful. My experience with Team Minik of West USA Realty was nothing short of amazing. I began working with Carrie Williams last year when I submitted an inquiry on a home. Carrie was quick to respond to my request and was helpful from the first phone call. Long story short, I had to pause my house hunting due to a car accident, for that entire year! Carrie stuck by my side the entire year, until I was finally at a better point. I felt supported in more ways than just the house search. I would have questions randomly regarding houses and rates and she always had information for me. As a first time home buyer, the process can be stressful and you hear not so fun stories. Between Carrie and my loan officer David, I never once felt stressed or confused about anything. I honestly could not have had a smoother process for my first home purchase.
