We sold our house using Michelle Maloney as our agent this year and I couldn't say enough about how helpful she was at every stage of the process. Six months prior to putting the house on the market, she went through the house with us and gave us tips on how to stage the house. She recommended an inspector who did a pre-inspection for us, so we knew the price we put on the house would hold through the inspection process. She priced the house fairly, showing us the comparable homes that supported her recommended price. We had multiple showings immediately and had a signed contract within a few weeks. Our buyers were from out of state and had trouble with their buyer's buyer, but Michelle took on each problem as it arose and negotiated for us throughout the difficulties. In the end, we got the price we wanted and closed the deal.
