For the most part the properties were outstanding but with minor exceptions that prompted us to search further (pet and other odors for the most part, plus a few properties with aging appliances). Sara never gave up on us and was quick to tell us about new listings that fit most of our requirements (e.g., Single story townhome with easy access in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood that was close to a hospital and had a dialysis center nearby). Not only did she manage to check all of our boxes, she exceeded our lofty expectations. Furthermore, throughout this year long process besieged with Covid, she immediately responded to the numerous inquiries that wed texted or emailed her. We always felt like we were the most important clients she ever had. What a joy it was to have Sara as our trusted, honest, delightful, and superior realty professional fighting for us during what wouldve otherwise been a painstaking ordeal. Her knowledge of the market and the value behind one property versus another proved itself time and time again. Handicapped as I am, with very sensitive allergies in addition to many other ailments that must be taken into account, Sara steadfastly gave it her all always making us feel we were number one in her book. The home we closed on today is exquisitely maintained with upgrades that generously added to the value of the home. Its often the little extras that scores one home over another and with this home Sharon and I hit the jackpot.
