What clients say about this agent....
Michelle helped us navigate a difficult buyers market. She was always responsive and professional. She offered great advice on how to make our offers stand out. Michelle was always available at times that worked for our schedule to tour a house.
Michelle is the best. I have been working with her for 5 years. Bought multiple properties with her as my agent. Shes patient, smart, knowledgeable, responsive. Shes well connected in all real estate fields. I wouldnt work with anyone else. I look forward to continued work with Michelle as my agent.
On Thursday, July 3rd, I contacted Michelle of Next Home Realty Partners about a beautiful apartment in Freehold, NJ. She stated she would be away for the holiday weekend, so I waited four days to see the unit on Sunday, July 7th and fell in love. One of the questions I clearly asked her because the apartment was so hot was if they had window units, and she said aEUR~yes, theyre in the attic unless you have your own?aEUR? I thought the question was odd but made sure she understood I did not have window units and would expect them to rent the property. She definitely tells lies to keep the ball rolling. I offered to both buy and install them providing I was fully reimbursed. She said she needed to do a background check, which I happily paid the $40 for, and she promised a lease the next day. She was aEURoegoing to check with the property owner about the air conditioners. When the lease didnt show up in my email, I called her and asked if everything was moving along smoothly? Completely dropped the ball on communicating. She said she had the lease, but oops, didnt read it (the REALTOR) and it would be my responsibility to purchase the air conditioners and theyd put them in. Are you serious? $1900 plus a month rent, plus utilities are renters responsibility, and I was expected to provide the units? Never have I worked with such unprofessional realtors and landlords in my 22 years in Freehold. Ive owned two homes, and rented one. Thankfully I worked with a consummate professional realtor from Weichert who would never have allowed this to happen. I was so happy to be less than four miles from my 85-year-old mother, and still have a 40-minute commute to work. I declined the lease based on principal (I certainly had the money for the units), but so did the landlord. Id avoid this property and realtor at all costs. We went from having two working units in the attic, to its my responsibility to purchase them. The disappointment I felt was overwhelming. These people are sneaky and if they behave this way before a lease is even signed, I can only wonder how they behave once your in a lease. Zero stars. I felt it in my gut as soon as I met Michelle. She has no realtor skills.
We had an amazing experience working with Michelle. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. She was always available to answer our questions and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of purchasing our first home!
Working with Michelle was a pleasant experience. She's a knowledgeable real estate agent and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had in our search for a new home. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of an agent.
Michelle is a gift sent from above for such a difficult and daunting process! We started seriously looking back in March 2020 right before the pandemic and housing boom. After many houses and almost giving up, we were referred to Michelle in late 2021. Michelle was realistic but positive, which helped put the two of us overthinkers at ease. Not only was she very knowledgeable on the area we were looking in, she was always current to the day on market trends, market futures, and how to stand out on all our offers. It took a few tries, but in July of 2022, we found the home we wanted! Several hiccups in the process (countering a new offer in review; needing additional inspections; last minute CO issues) and she still would check in to reassure us or push other parties to keep all of the moving parts...moving! Michelle is known by almost everyone I spoke with in real estate. She knows when to push but does so in the best interest of her clients. But, when it came to her clients, she was warm, thoughtful, encouraging, and reassuring. She even got us our first housewarming gift! She remembered we didn't have a doorbell and we mentioned wanting a Ring cam. You better believe we got it first thing in our first home. The mark of great customer service, sales, and partnership is making note of not only the big things, but the little things, too.Choosing Michelle Lorme would be the best thing to do in this new venture aside from signing closing papers :)
What a great experience. I received 15 offers on my home and accepted a way over asking offer the first weekend. Michelles marketing plan was amazing. She made the whole process so smooth. Since she was from the area she knew the answer to every question. Clearly she was a great negotiator as we received 50k ober asking. She made us feel like her onlyClient
A few months ago my mom was ready to downsize and Michelle helped her find exactly what she wanted. When the perfect condo seemed unavailable, Michelle kept after it and called us 10 days later to say that my mom may have a chance and to make an offer. She did and less than a month later she closed and moved in! We couldn't be more grateful for the great follow through, patient and thorough advice, and her positive and encouraging attitude. She made a potentially long and stressful search a wonderful experience!
Michelle was very patient with us and understood our needs. She is very knowledgeable. She helped us every step of the way until closing. I would highly recommend her.
Not only did she find the "perfect" property, but she made us feel as if we were her only concern. I will recommend her to EVERYONE! My needs were extremely specific, in a very tight market, but she did not waste my time with properties that did not fit my needs!
