Michell and Rob are amazing agents. We have known them for over 6 years and bought 2 properties with their help. Rob has unique skillset because he is a builder and also a realtor. Rob has over 30 years of industry experience and seen it all. We toured homes with Rob. Michelle helped us facilitate communication and schedule tours. Most of our in person interactions were with Rob. He has great sense of humor and a straight shooter. There are times he has advised us not to put offers properties we liked as he identified some structural issues or end up being money pit. Rob reads market, understands the propertys structure and assesses our financial situation. Based on these factors he advises what contingencies to put while writing offers. On both instances from our first property tour to offer acceptance time was less than 2 weeks (I am being honest here and our friends/family have hard time believing this too). They also provide amazing support after settlement as well. When we settled on our first property on the next day we discovered a plumbing issues (only noticeable if you keep shower running for 10-15 minutes). Michelle and Rob took care of it while we were traveling. For our second purchase, we had a condition on the mortgage to find a suitable tenant before closing.
