During the whole phone call Patricia was rude, demeaning, and would not let either of us speak, choosing instead to repeatedly explain how we should not even be looking at houses yet. Needless to say we ended the phone call without the tour and we will not be working with this agent any further. If you do choose to work with Patricia be prepared to stand up for yourself, as she will likely not think of herself as part of your home-buying team, simply there to make the process go as quickly as possible so she can collect her commission.
