About Michelle Laade

Michelle Laade began her career in Real Estate in 1997 when she and her husband, Jeff, decided to relocate from Michigan to Anna Maria Island and invest in their own income property. She shares over 23 years of local knowledge and experience with her customers. They purchased their first investment home in Holmes Beach and fell in love with the Island. Since then, Michelle and Jeff have established several businesses on the Island with outstanding reputations for customer service. In addition to their investment property, which is now a popular vacation rental that she successfully manages, in 2010 Michelle decided to put all of the knowledge and experience that she acquired in Real Estate to work for others and obtained her license as a Sales Associate. She brings an extensive background in mortgages, banking, income producing properties, luxury waterfront properties , investments, business development and marketing. When Michelle meets with her buyers and sellers she can offer them a wide range of local experience and knowledge that sets her apart from the competition. Michele is an outstanding realtor. She is knowledgeable, persistent, and very professional. She has help us buy three homes and sell two in the time we have worked with her. There are many twists and turns in the real estate process, all of which require professional responses to keep things moving. Michele brings that experience to the table. She is also very well connected to lenders, electricians, plumbers, handyman, etc. that are many times needed in the buying and selling process.
