About Michelle Laade

Michelle Laade began her career in Real Estate in 1997 when she and her husband, Jeff, decided to relocate from Michigan to Anna Maria Island and invest in their own income property. She shares over 23 years of local knowledge and experience with her customers. They purchased their first investment home in Holmes Beach and fell in love with the Island. Since then, Michelle and Jeff have established several businesses on the Island with outstanding reputations for customer service. In addition to their investment property, which is now a popular vacation rental that she successfully manages, in 2010 Michelle decided to put all of the knowledge and experience that she acquired in Real Estate to work for others and obtained her license as a Sales Associate. She brings an extensive background in mortgages, banking, income producing properties, luxury waterfront properties , investments, business development and marketing. When Michelle meets with her buyers and sellers she can offer them a wide range of local experience and knowledge that sets her apart from the competition. We've done three transactions with Michelle in the last two years and her skills and personality are suited exactly to her profession. Our first buy was with Michelle as our agent, and she helped us get the condo we needed at the time. Just recently, we decided we needed to upgrade, and she provided the knowledge and expertise we needed to end up in what is arguably the best villa in Perico Bay Club (PBC), albeit in need of a re-do (which we knew in advance). Our condo was under contract in less than 10 days of listing, at our targeted price, and our villa just a few days after. She guided us through that rather tricky buy on the villa which we're now living in. She worked well with all the parties involved, so I do believe everyone was happy. Great job again, Michelle!
