Welcome to the Shoreline! My name is Michelle L. Mayo, and I've been helping buyers and sellers in southeastern Connecticut since 2009. My career background includes working as a real estate paralegal, property manager and a relocation director for a national real estate company. Altogether, I've been working in the real estate industry for 20+ years! Michelle is the best real estate agent you will ever find. We approached her about selling our house (which she helped us buy some years ago). The house was listed and sold within 4 days. Shortly after we went under contract to sell our house, Michelle sent us a listing in our dream location, with all of our boxes checked. With her guidance, our offer was accepted and we only had roughly 3 weeks between selling our house and closing on our new house. She is punctual, on top of all of her paperwork, and is an excellent representative for buyers. She was extremely communicative and kept us looped in on every step of the process. Excellent communication and attention to our needs and crazy time table. Michelle never let us down in any way and we all walked away with a very successful sale. The date of the sale was a bit of a moving target at times because of the unknown date for the completion of the house we are having built in North Carolina. All has ending well and we hope for the new house to be ready in February or March 2022.

Michelle is very knowledgeable, and professional in this field. My wife and I loved working with her, because she was easy to work with, and patient with us. What we told her we wanted in a home wasn't what we ended up in a home, and that was because of our indecisiveness on what my wife and I were looking for. She continuesly sent us suggestions, and worked with us to find the right home. Eventually my wife and I came to an agreement, and Michelle guided us through the home buying process. There were no surprises with her as she was very upfront with the facts in the houses we looked at.
