She was patient with us as she listed to our questions, concerns and dreams for our first home purchase. Michelle did a fabulous job of pulling us available houses within our budget and location desires and explained the pros and cons of each listing. She was flexible with our schedules for showings and was very quick with putting in offers. ZillowVERIFIEDI was buying a house a from another country with Michelle as my realtor. She sent me links to home and even went to walkthroughs on my behalf. Once I decided on a new build, she went to every appointment that required an in person meet to include the home inspection. She would even video chat with me to ensure i was getting the information. If i wasn't available, she would record it. Michelle also coordinated heavily for me with lenders ensuring my needs were met and intentions were properly coveyed. All her references were responsive, reliable and professional. I met Michelle and saw my home in person on the day I closed; everything was as great as she she stated and I was very happy.
