About Michelle Kovach

Michelle Kovach became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2007. Her career started with Coldwell Banker King Thompson where she worked for 8 years. Her first year as a Realtor she was nominated as "Coldwell Banker Rising Star" with selling over 5 million in Real Estate her 1st year. Each month and each year she was consistently named top selling, top closing, and top listing agent. Her last year as a solo agent in 2014 she sold over 10 million in Real Estate which included 69 closed transactions. Michelle realized she wanted to reach out and help more people. She made a switch to Keller Williams Realty in 2015 in order to better grow her business. Michelle had a vision that only Keller Williams Realty could support. In 2015 Michelle formed the team now known as The Michelle Kovach Network. Her team works great together to help people achieve their dreams all over the state of Ohio. Michelle believes in giving back to her community. Michelle gives a scholarships each year to a graduating seniors at Teays Valley High School. The scholarship values 1500.00. She is a proud supporters of the Pickaway County 4H group and she is happy to sponsor the Little Miss Pumpkin show Pageant each year. She also donates $150.00 from each closing to the MASH Pantry which is an organization that helps our less fortunate Veterans. In Michelle's free time, she spends time with her 2 sons and her daughter. As a family they enjoy baseball games, movie time, the beach, and travel. Michelle's pass time is fitness. Michelle is an outstanding real estate agent but an even better person. We had a somewhat unique situation with listing my fathers home after his being there fifty years. Needless to say, we had a lot of work to do prior to listing and Michelles encouragement and patience was so beneficial to this process. Perry was wonderful to work with in finding a home. I had very specific requirements and he understood and put himself in my shoes to find a home that met those needs. His knowledge of the area let me know that he wasn't just trying to make a sale. He was finding what worked and looking for a match.
