Both responds back right away thru text or calls at anytime (literally anytime). Really knowledgeable about the markets. Doesnt force you to put an offer on a house. (My previous Agent was kinda rude and pushy.) Patrick and Kim are very patient about looking at multiple houses and different areas around my budget.
