1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Don't go it alone! Find a professional agent that you feel comfortable working with to guide you through the process. There are so many things changing in real estate everyday and you need an expert to help you navigate.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Interview at least 3 agents before deciding on someone to sell your home. If you were to do a major renovation on your home would you interview one contractor or three? Three! Same goes for selling your home, we do no all operate and market the same way so you need to know who is doing things differently.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers, sellers and investors, and I enjoyed helping each and every one of them!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Friends of ours tried to sell their home for sale by owner and after a long exhausting process, they decided to hire us for the job. In just two short weeks, the home was under contract and closed thereafter. They are now able to start construction on their dream home. Sometimes it takes a professional that knows how to market a property the right way to get it sold!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After moving from Florida to South Carolina, my husband and I knew we wanted to be our own boss and real estate was always an interest we had. We had taken on several foreclosure renovations over the years and enjoyed being immersed in the industry.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am currently working towards my CCIM designation for commercial real estate.
