I have bought several properties and have never had an agent work as hard for me as Michelle Kelley did. DO NOT use any other agent, you will be sorry. She works hard for you and makes sure that her clients are protected from over charges. The title company tried to overcharge us and she was first to catch it and have them remove the overages. We purchased a short sale and it took over 6 months and every time that I got discouraged, Michelle was always there to lift me back up and I'm so thankful. We love our home and it wouldn't have happened with Michelle Kelly. She is tough and that's what you want in your agent.

Worst service ever. Contract was not throughly explained, was rushed through, and never received selling contract until closing. I'm saddened to say as happy as I was to sell my house, I leave with a bitter taste in my mouth that through the process I was ignored and tricked into selling at a lower price so they could sell to a family member. Michelle slithered her way into this sale and this company has lost my faith in remax forever.

She is a very professional, knowledgeable realtor, employed by Lance Mckinnon at Team McKinnon Realty..... and one whom I would welcome again, if we decide to list our property again. It is now June 2017 and I am updating this review.Fortunately for us, we did list with Team McKinnon again. Along with the support of his entire team, Lance himself guided us through the details of selling our home in May 2017. The first time I met Lance it was his calm, patient, very soothing personality that impressed me. He is a "10" in every way.....including knowledge of his profession, expertise in negotiation, always responded quickly to any questions....very supportive in every way. He is the best realtor in Central Florida in my estimation. I highly recommend Lance and his entire Team McKinnon Realty Group to prospective clients looking to successfully sell their property.
